Beef

Our cattle are born and raised their entire happy life on our farm. They are grown entirely on cow milk and grazing grass and forbes on our farm, with the exception of minerals and hay during the winter. These steers have moved onto clean paddocks at least once every day of their lives. These animals have not been given hormones, steroids, antibiotics, or ivermectin. The steers are taken to market near the 24-month time frame. This is when they are at their peak of deliciousness. The South Poll breed produces exceptional quality.

Lamb

Just like our cattle, our sheep are born and raised their entire happy life on our farm. They are grown entirely from sheep milk and grazing the grass and forbes on our farm except for minerals and hay during the winter. These sheep have moved onto clean paddocks at least once every day of their lives. The sheep are taken to market in the 6-to-8-month time frame. This is when they are at their peak of deliciousness. The Dorper breed produces exceptional quality meat. We sell in whole, and halves.

Pork

Unlike our cattle and sheep our pigs are bought as piglets from nearby breeders. They spend most of their happy life on our farm. They get much of their diet from grass and forbes. They are supplemented with no GMO feed, minerals and hay. The pigs are not moved as often as the cows and sheep. They are moved about every week. This keeps them on fresh grazing. The pigs are taken to market at the 6-to-8-month time frame, just like the sheep. This is when they are at their peak of deliciousness. These grass raised pigs make mouthwatering meat to eat. We sell in whole, halves, and quarters.

Eggs

We run Rhode Island Red, and Dominecker chickens on our farm. They spend most of their life on the pastures, chasing and eating bugs, nibbling on plants, scratching and enjoying life. They are supplemented with a non-GMO feed. They lay large brown eggs. These are the best eggs you will ever eat.
